Using PinPonder
You may play PinPonder for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic, attempt to enter another player's guest-room seat, or use the game to break a provider's terms.
Solo progress is a browser-local convenience rather than an official record. Guest rooms are casual and unranked. Availability, imagery coverage and features can change, and the service may be limited or unavailable while it is maintained.
Google Maps features and content
When the monthly free allowance is available, a game may include Google Maps features and content, including Google Street View and a Google map. Your use of those features is subject to the current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Keep Google's attribution visible and do not extract, download, cache or rehost Google imagery or map content.
PinPonder automatically uses its credited Panoramax and OpenFreeMap provider when Google is unavailable, not configured, or the project's conservative free allowance has been reached. The provider shown in the game controls which provider terms and privacy policy apply to that round.
Photographs, maps and attribution
Street imagery and maps remain the property of their respective providers and contributors. Provider attribution shown by the game is part of the experience and must not be hidden, removed or misrepresented. PinPonder's own branding, interface and original text remain the property of their respective owners.
Guest rooms
Choose a nickname that is suitable for a general audience. Rooms have no chat, and they are temporary. A private reconnect token identifies your seat; keep it in your own browser and do not try to obtain another player's token.
Privacy
Privacy and storage explains browser storage, temporary room data, operational logs, anonymous presence and the external providers contacted while you play.
Changes and responsibility
PinPonder is provided as available, without a promise that every location, score or third-party service will always be accurate or available. These terms may be updated when the game or its providers change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
